I'm Roth LaFleur, a product leader with twenty years at enterprise scale. Now I help companies get past AI experiments, aiming good AI tools and hard-won product discipline at the parts that have to hold up in production: the PM agents, the operating model, the architecture underneath.

The problem I work on
AI can build almost anything now, and iterate on it forever. What it can't do is judge whether the thing it built actually solves the user's problem.
That's the work I've done for twenty years. Good product management is the discipline of distilling a mess down to the real problem worth solving, and making sure what ships addresses it. I'm not an engineering master. I'm a product person who knows how to aim good AI tools at the right problem and deliver something that works because it solves something real.
The thesis
Should beats could.
The old trade-off (fast, cheap, good, pick two) is dead. AI collapsed it. When building is nearly free, whether you can build a thing stops being the interesting question.
What's scarce now is judgment: naming the real problem a customer has, then choosing the right answer to it. Anyone can build. Fewer people can tell a quick demo from a system others can depend on.
The ones who can are usually product leaders: curious, comfortable with AI, and fluent enough in engineering to get their hands dirty. They're the ones who take “vibe coding” and make it scale. That's my work.

Agentic delivery quietly breaks the mechanics teams have relied on for years. I spend a lot of time on questions like these:
